Beethoven's Symphony # 9 by TPO and Brno Choir from Czech
posted on 07 Dec 2009 14:30 by suikyoเมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ ๕ ธ.ค. ๕๒ ฉันไปชมคอนเสิร์ตซิมโฟนีหมายเลข ๙ ของเบโธเฟ่น ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงร่วมระหว่างวงดุริยางค์ฟีลฮาร์โมนิกแห่งประเทศไทยกับ Brno Choir จาก Czech ที่วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหดิล (ศาลายา) ค่ะ
คิดว่าโชคดีที่สามารถชิงบัตรเข้าชมกับเขาได้ค่ะ ...ถึงแม้จะชิดขวาติดกำแพงซะขนาดนั้นก็เหอะน่า~
On Saturday, December 5, 2009, I went to Beethoven's Symphony no 9 concert by Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra and the Brno Choir from Czech at the Collage of Music, Mahidol University (Salaya Campus).
It was very fortunate of me that I still managed to grab a ticket - even though my place was too close to the right wall of the concert hall.
หอประชุมเล็กเอามากๆ เลยค่ะ คิดว่าน่าจะจุคนได้ประมาณ ๓ หรือ ๔๐๐ คนเท่านั้น ผู้ชมส่วนหนึ่งถึงกับต้องนั่งบนขั้นบันไดกันเลยทีเดียว ที่นั่งของเราใกล้ชิดกับเชลโล่และดับเบิ้ลเบสเอามากๆ ถามว่า ใกล้ แค่ไหน ก็ขนาดได้ยินเสียงพลิกแผ่นโน้ตระหว่างการแสดงได้ล่ะค่ะ 
The hall was quite small - just to fit some 3 or 400 people. That was why a fair number of audience had to sit themselves on the floor! My seat was pretty close to the cello and double bass sections. If you're wondering how close I was, well... just say that it was close enough to hear them turning the sheets during the performance!

หลังจากรอประมาณ ๑๐ นาที การแสดงก็เริ่มต้นค่ะ
ในฐานะผู้ฟังมือสมัครเล่น ฉันคิดว่า TPO ยังทำกระบวนแรกของซิมโฟนีนี้ออกมาได้ไม่ "ถึงใจ" นัก เสียงน่าจะออกมา Sharp และ Decisive มากกว่านี้ ส่วนกระบวนที่ ๒ และ ๓ ก็ถือว่าสอบผ่านได้ค่ะ มีหลุด Crazy Notes บ้าง แต่ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร พอมาถึงกระบวนสุดท้ายที่โด่งดังเอามากๆ TPO และคอรัสลูกผสมทำออกมาได้แบบดีผิดคาดเอามากๆ เลยค่ะ หวังว่าจะไม่ 'เว่อร์เกินไปที่จะบอกว่ามันสะกดผู้ชมทั้งหอประชุมได้อยู่หมัดเลยทีเดียว
งานนี้... เวลา ๗๐ นาที ผ่านไปเหมือนชั่วพริบตาเดียวเลยจริงๆ
คงไม่ต้องบรรยายแล้วกระมังคะ ว่าเสียงปรบมือจะดังกึกก้องหอประชุมเล็กๆ นั้นขนาดไหน?

The concert started a bit late - about some 10 minutes after the pre-scheduled programme.
As an amateur listener, I thought that the TPO's first movement of the symphony couldn't meet my humble anticipation - the sound should've been much sharper and more decisive. The 2nd and 3rd movements were pretty nice despite some crazy notes. However, the famous 4th movement was much, much better that I didn't think I could've imagined it! I hope it's not that exaggerated to say that the orchestra and the mixed choir performed so spectacularly that the audience were all awestruck!
The symphony last about 70 minutes. ...I had to admit that it was the fastest 70 minutes I've ever experienced.
Can you imagine how incredibly long & loud the applause was after the concert ended?

ก่อนการแสดงจะเริ่ม มีการเปิดวิดีโอแบบฮาๆ เพื่อขอความร่วมมือ Conduct ตัวเองระหว่างการชมคอนเสิร์ตด้วย แต่ถึงจะไม่เปิด ฉันก็คิดว่าผู้ชมงานนี้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพสุดๆ แล้วค่ะ
Before the concert started, there was a brief video (very funny too), asking the audience to conduct themselves. However, I didn't think they'd need to ask from this set of professional audience!
